Meet Judy

Judy Goldberg is the founder of Wondershift LLC, a firm focused on results-driven transformation. With 30+ years’ experience, she works with clients across industries, geographies, and organizational sizes. The majority of her business is acquired through personal recommendation and repeat business.

From team retreats and leadership experiences to coaching circles and strategy sessions, Judy partners with clients to unlock cognitive diversity using Emergenetics and a whole-brain approach. She hosts and moderates meetings, panels, and conferences, and is a keynote speaker.

Her work is delivered in a warm, engaging, and challenging way. An insatiable appetite for learning ensures she brings fresh thinking and new perspectives to every engagement.

Previously, Judy was the Executive Director of Leadership & Organisational Development at Sony Pictures Entertainment and she led the International Learning & Development function at Discovery Networks International out of London. When she is not traveling or exploring, she calls New York City her home.
