ProfileJUDY GOLDBERG

With over two decades of experience in designing curriculums, delivering programmes and events, facilitation, and team and leadership development, Judy founded Wondershift Ltd. She works with clients to explore the wonder within our control and to determine what actions can be taken to shift our companies, our employees and our own lives to be more successful, productive, fulfilled, and present.

With a focus on productivity, and as a senior associate with Next Action Associates, Judy works with a stellar team to deliver game-changing and life-changing productivity enhancements. As a certified David Allen practitioner in Getting Things Done (GTD®) she is uniquely qualified to support individuals and organisations of all sizes to achieve the focus and clarity that the GTD® method provides.

Judy started her career as a school teacher in the US and then relocated to an International School in Costa Rica.  She transferred her skills into the hospitality industry, sailing the high seas as one of the first Training & Development Officers for Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines.

Back on land, she joined Discovery Communications in the Silver Spring, MD, and then moved to London in 2007 to spend six years setting up and leading the international Learning & Development function for Discovery Networks International.  She then spent a year as the Executive Director of Leadership & Organisation Development at Sony Pictures Entertainment in London before launching Wondershift.

Judy speaks at conferences regularly, sits on the Women in Cable Telecommunications Board of Directors  (WICT) and serves as a trustee for the Drive Forward Foundation and the London Urban Arts Academy. To feed her passions she talks to strangers, takes photos, seeks out street art, practices hot yoga, travels to new places each year, and loves to learn about our amazing and mysterious brain.
