Meet Judy

With over two decades experience, Judy works with clients to determine what actions can be taken to shift companies and employees to be more successful, productive, strategic and motivated.  She works end to end; designing curriculums, delivering leadership and management programs, retreats and events, accelerating productivity facilitating meetings, and moderating panels.

With a focus on productivity, Judy delivers game-changing and life-changing productivity enhancements. As a certified practitioner in Getting Things Done (GTD®) she is uniquely qualified to support individuals and organizations of all sizes to achieve focus and clarity.

Judy has worked internationally in Costa Rica, on Cruise ships and spent 10 years with Discovery Networks international leading the international Learning & Development function. She then spent a year as the Executive Director of Leadership & Organisation Development at Sony Pictures Entertainment in London before launching Wondershift.

Judy is regularly asked to speak at conferences and gains her energy and drive from seeing the people around her shift, bring greater joy into their working lives and become the person or team they have dreamed they can be.
