DIAGNOSE“To diagnose is to first question to gain understanding”
Diagnosis is a process that involves questions, and the collection of data, experiences and insights. Before we set out to design and deliver it is fundamental to examine the problem faced or the opportunity that exists in detail, to identify factors and forces, root causes, and perceptions on the topic at hand. Once we have the answers, insights, and data collected we can then propose ideas, solutions, and next actions.
This process may involve interviews, the use of surveys, questionnaires, or psychometric profiling instruments, and other tools. We will explore emotions, probe, look for trends and patterns and dive into this part of the process until we are clear on the best next course of action.
