Dear Wondershifter,

Imagine waking up every day feeling fully alive and in tune with your deepest desires and passions. This is the essence of being in flow. It means being comfortable in your own skin, your soul radiating with positivity, and an energy that propels you forward no matter what obstacles you encounter.

Finding your flow may take active shifts across multiple aspects of your life, work, and relationships. It involves moving away from a present situation or condition towards a new one that is different, and hopefully better or more desirable.

Making a shift requires commitment, as it can involve leaving behind familiar patterns, habits, or beliefs and embracing new ones. It takes work and it is a journey that is uniquely yours.

I encourage you to be open-minded and willing to explore all of your senses, to seek harmony within yourself, to reflect quietly, to imagine possibilities without barriers, to find your focus, and to sit with the emotions that emerge along the way.

This is a delightful, easy-to-use guide! It is interesting to see how the author framed each of the sections to walk you through the thought process — or enable you to jump around to what fits your thoughts! I found the prompts to be thought-provoking. I was able to respond to some easily and others gave me pause. I appreciated the feeling of ease and joy using this guide!
